If you've got feelings about what you hear in the news...

The question, "What can I do?" has been swirling for a lot of people in the last couple of weeks now. It's a fair question, and there are a lot of organizations creating opportunities for people to do something. Anything.

I decided what *I* can do is share what I know about high conflict personalities and ways to navigate conflict so that despair can become energy.

Please join us tomorrow night, 11/18/24, for the second of four meetings on specific topics designed to help.

Tomorrow, we'll be talking about the psychology of high conflict personalities and how to make changes to other people's behavior by changing our reactions to it (11/18/24)

.

The next two meetings will be about:

* The importance of not letting our values become our vulnerabilities (12/2/24)

* How to manage our self-protection so it doesn't get in the way of us helping others (12/9/24)

To join the meetings, click HERE. You can register for free for all four meetings.

You can plan to take away strategies you can use immediately to feel better and prepare for whatever comes next.

Hope to see you there ~
